She shows you how to make your own Thai / Lao curry paste, chicken curry with green beans and bamboo shoots, as well as curried chicken and shrimp skewers. Watch Manivan make roasted tomato chili sauce, pork and egg in soy sauce, and several deserts (coconut custard, black sticky rice with custard, baked cassava, sticky rice and mango), and finally Thai / Lao hot or iced coffee. |
